Founder of Glade Associates in 1990. As well as Alan’s bill production work his role covers client relations, recruiting excellent members of staff, securing work and growing the business. The way in which we measure and produce bills of quantities has inevitably and almost completely changed in recent years. Alan has sought to ensure that this has improved our output and not compromised it in any way.
