Andy Doust gruelling Brecon Beacons fundraiser
FAN DANCE RACE WINTER EDITION 18th JANUARY 2014 24Km
On January 18th this year Andy undertook the Fan Dance challenge.
Set in the Brecon Beacons, this 24Km mountain challenge taking in the summit of Pen Y Fan twice and the infamous ‘Jacobs Ladder’ climb. The route closely resembles that used by the SAS during their selection tests.
The weather was treacherous with severe weather warnings in place which was reflected in Andy’s time of 5 hours 23 minutes.
£200 was raised for the Royal British Legion.
